Sinopec News (Peng Zhen) recently: The downhole fracturing team of Shengli Oilfield successfully completed the fracturing construction of key exploratory well Shore 685#, with the maximum construction pressure of 72Mpa, maximum construction displacement of four cubic meters per minute, total squeezed fracturing fluid into the well of 300 m3, and sand of 22 m3. The successful completion of this large-scale of fracturing construction provides a reliable basis for improving seepage performance of the reservoir and increasing reservoir production.
Well Shore 685# is located in south of Jiyang depression and Dongying depression, and central of Shore 685# turbidite sand body of Lijin fracture tectonic belt. This block has high temperature and pressure and low permeability, high fracture pressure and extension pressure, and thus difficult for construction. During construction, variable displacement construction was adopted to control fracture initiation height, and add ceramic powder in the prepad fluid, so as to reduce leak-off, adjust the inlet section, and improve the efficiency of fracturing fluid. After receiving the construction tasks, the fracturing team actively organized technical personnel to research construction design plan and make good pre-construction preparations. Vast cadres and workers constructed meticulously in strict accordance with the design requirements for standardized operation, after more than an hour of intense construction, the large-scale fracturing well of Shore 685# achieved success.
