A partner of Matrix Partners China, Master of Business Administration of College Des Ingenieurs in Paris, Bachelor of Engineering and MBA degree of Tsinghua University. He used to be a partner of WI Harper Group, chief financial officer of China Broad Media Corp., investment director of SK (China) Investment Fund, chief financial officer of INFOSEC, and analyzer of Paribas in the French company. He widely participated in investment in Internet, telecommunication, health industries and energy service field.

Director  Yu Lifeng

A managing partner of GGV Capital, MBA of Fudan University, visiting scholar of business college of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, senior economist. He used to be a senior executive of Jiangxi Copper, assistant president and general manager of investment department of Shanghai Technology Investment Co., Ltd., and has nearly 20 years of rich experience in enterprise management, direct investment and capital operation.

Holding Bachelor’s Degree of Environmental Engineering in Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology and Mater’s Degree of Environmental Engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology; ever working as the principal of oil field injection and water treatment system at Daqing Oil Field Co., Ltd. Design Institute, winning multiple times of first grade awards in technological innovation and design of national level and ministerial level; publicizing 9 papers and winning 12 patents; employed since 2010 as the academic leaders of Daqing Oil Field Injection and Water Treatment System; having rich experience in environmental protection technologies and ground engineering in oil field.

Director  Su Yuansheng

Master of Business Administration, Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai JiaoTong University. He used to be the general manager of Shanghai Xinyi Business Development Co., Ltd., office director and secretary to the president of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Park, and high-ranking company administer of Shanghai Shengdi Group. In addition, he has rich experience in enterprise internal management, human resources and government public relations.
