Problem
There are about 70000~100000m3 fracturing flowback fluid and mud filtrate need to be addressed in Songyuan Natural Gas Production Plant of Jilin Oilfield in 2012, with the maximum daily discharge reaching 300m3. The existing wastewater to be treated is about 45 000 tons, and alongside the sewage storage tank are farmland. At this rainy season, if there is no proper measure to solve promptly, it is bound to impact on the surrounding environment and production. If the wastewater is transported to the combination station for sewage treatment, taking Zhaganhua as an example, the nearest combination station is Changling Natural Gas Purification Station, which has a low load of sewage treatment system, if transported to a larger combination station, the transport distance is long, resulting high transport costs. Therefore, the current situation is there are more and more wastewater and more difficult to deal with.Pollutant
Our company, through independent research and combined with the actual situation of oilfield, adopts water-in-water type efficient demulsification flocculant (FC series of water treatment agents) and combines with the EB strains + E-MBR biological treatment, membrane treatment and other advanced technologies, so as to solve the sewage problem systematically.
